Use of your data
The following text outlines the possibilities for how your personal data may be used. Please be aware that not all information will be used for all purposes as described here.


Collection of data
BLINDzeln collects data when you register for and use one of our mailing lists, also known as forums. If you would like to join one of the lists, we ask for certain information about you. Details seen as compulsory are only those which are required for the contractual relationship and carrying out of the services.

When you visit or use services, technical information given by your browser is automatically collected and saved in BLINDzeln's server-logs. This is mainly the IP-address of your computer and the browser you are using.

If you would like to change your account's settings, BLINDzeln saves so-called session-cookies. These are necessary in order to make changes effective. The cookies are applicable for one session, so that you don't need to repeatedly log in. The cookie automatically becomes invalid when you leave the browser.

Processing and use of dataBLINDzeln uses the collected data for the following basic purposes, although not all information is used for each purpose:
We use data relating to your use of the individual services, (user data), for the technical development of these services.


Passing data to third parties
BLINDzeln will only pass on your personal details to third parties if you have given permission for such a transfer of data. No consent through use.

you utilise the services of an independent partner project
or
a communicating agency needs this information for the development of the services. Such communicating agencies are, as long as you haven't been specifically told otherwise, only permitted to use them as much as is necessary for the service development.

Deleting of dataIf your data is no longer required for the aforementioned purposes, it will be deleted. Please note, that through each deletion, details are at first locked, then are only deleted after a period of time has elapsed. This is to prevent unintentional deletion or deliberate damage. For technical reasons, data will be duplicated in Data security files and backup copies of services, copies of which are only deleted after a technically scheduled period of time has elapsed.


Amendment or deletion of personal data in your user account
You have the right at any time to see, correct, complete or delete any personal details and settings which are saved as part of your user account.


Data security.
BLINDzeln endeavours to protect your personal data from unauthorised access, loss, abuse or destruction. Data in your user account is protected by a password. A temporary copy of recorded data is made for reasons of data protection, and to avoid loss through user error, or the computer having a technical fault.

BLINDzeln will amend this explanation to reflect any changes in the use of personal data.
